Transfer not on the BSC network

The CryptoClicker app, wallet and in-game token CLICKER run on the BNB Smart Chain blockchain. This is the network where you need to send USDT, BNB or CLICKER to the in-game wallet and where withdrawals are made.

BNB Smart Chain is an EVM network. That is, this blockchain, as well as some others (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche and so on), are compatible with the Ethereum network. EVM networks have the same public address - that is, your address in the CryptoClicker in-game wallet is also suitable for transfers to the Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism and other networks. And if you mistakenly make a USDT transfer not in the BNB Smart Chain network, but in another EVM network, the funds will not appear in the wallet, because the wallet supports only work with BNB Smart Chain.

What to do if you accidentally sent USDT not in BNB Smart Chain network?

Don't worry, your tokens are not lost - they are just not displayed. You need to request a token refund. To do this, you need to fund your in-game address with coins, which are paid as a transaction fee in this network (for Ethereum network it is ETH), and request a token refund. Let us tell you exactly what you need to do.

First, you need to replenish your in-game wallet with coins that are paid for the transaction in the selected network. It is important that this amount of coins is enough to pay the transaction fee.

First of all, let's specify which coins you need to send. So, if you send USDT on the network:

  • Ethereum - you need to send native ETH coins on the Ethereum network.

  • Avalanche - need to send AVAX to pay commission in Avalanche network.

  • Polygon - MATIC in Polygon network.

  • Arbitrum - ETH (in this network the commission is paid in Ether instead of ARB native coins, so send ETH in Arbitrum network).

  • Optimism - ETH (this network also pays in ethers rather than OP native coins, so send ETH on the Optimism network).

  • Fantom - FTM on the Fantom network.

You can use blockchain browsers to find out the fee in real time. Let's take Ethereum as an example. In this network, you need to use ETH to pay transaction fees. Go to the Etherscan website https://etherscan.io/gastracker

In a special block you can find the amount of commission for different operations. Here you can immediately see the cost of transferring USDT in US dollars. As you can see, at the moment of writing this instruction it is about $6.5. Divide the displayed number by the price of ETH (in our case it is $1,830) and get the amount of ETH you need to pay for the commission (in our case it is 0.00355 ETH). Send a little extra to your in-game wallet so that you have enough for the commission and the transaction doesn't hang in the blockchain for a long time.

Such a high fee for transferring USDT is only observed on the Ethereum network. In other EVM networks it is much lower. You can see the size of the commission in other networks here:

  • Avalanche - https://avascan.info/. The commission is usually a couple of cents, so it is enough to send ≈0.01 AVAX.

  • Polygon - https://polygonscan.com/. The commission in this network is also extremely low - a couple of cents. 0.1 MATIC will be enough to pay for the transaction.

  • Arbitrum - https://www.oklink.com/ru/arbitrum. In this network the commission is already higher than in Avalanche or Polygon. For guaranteed USDT sending send at least 0.001 ETH to your address in Arbitrum network, and even more is better.

  • Optimism - https://www.oklink.com/ru/optimism. The commission in this network is very low. It is enough to send 0.0001 ETH or even less.

  • Fantom - https://ftmscan.com/. Commissions in this network are small, it is enough to send 0.05 FTM for a successful return of USDT.

  • Ethereum - https://etherscan.io/gastracker. In this network the commissions are large and sometimes even huge, and for a successful USDT refund it may be necessary to send up to 0.01 ETH.

So, you have figured out how many coins you need to send to pay for the token refund transaction. Now go to your in-game wallet, copy the address and send the required amount to it.

Next, you need to write an email to us asking us to refund the USDT. To do this, go to the settings and select "Support".

In the letter, provide all the necessary information:

  • Your e-mail.

  • Report that you transferred USDT in another network and specify it.

  • Attach a hash of the USDT transaction.

  • Specify the address for returning USDT.

An example of an email to send:

"Hello, I mistakenly sent USDT in Avalanche network instead of BNB Smart Chain to my in-game wallet - 0x050d4cd9379992A6fdA1C19379992c586597C8a0462F1. My account is example@gmail.com.

Here is the hash of the USDT transfer transaction on the Avalanche network - https://avascan.info/blockchain/c/tx/0xd60be2ed8a40cf1efdc6ac19301b6af18652cdbbc54b53919dee3bb2c1b47980

I transferred AVAX to pay for gas. Here is the hash of the AVAX transfer transaction - https://avascan.info/blockchain/c/address/0xbEC44054779Da99dd39be8736c5d329916FA5A51

Please return the USDT to my Avalanche network address - 0x050d4cd9379992A6fdA1C19379992c586597C8a0462F1.

Thank you!"

If you do everything correctly, we will send USDT to the specified address in full. But it is better, of course, to transfer immediately in BNB Smart Chain network, so that there are no such problems. :) Also take into account that the processing time of such a request is up to one week.

And one more thing. If you made USDT transfer not in EVM-network, for example in Solana, Bitcoin or any other, we will not be able to return tokens, because we will not have access to them. In this case, they will be lost forever, so be extremely careful and carefully verify the addresses several times.
