Sent the wrong token

CryptoClicker in-game wallet supports only BNB, USDT and CLICKER in BNB Smart Chain (BSC) network. If you send other coins/tokens in the BSC network, they will not be displayed. But this does not mean you have lost them.

What to do if you send BNB, USDT and CLICKER in another EVM network (not in BNB Smart Chain, but in Ethereum or Polygon for example), we have described in the corresponding instruction:

Transfer not on the BSC network

Here we want to tell you what to do in case you have sent some other token in BNB Smart Chain network. For example, it can be USDC, BUSD, TUSD or some other token. Here it's simple - we can help you and exchange this token to USDT, and you will start to see USDT. But for this you need to have BNB on your wallet to pay the transaction fee. We told you how to deposit BNB to your wallet earlier:

🔄Exchange

Make sure you have BNB and then send an email to our mailbox requesting an exchange. To do this, select "Support" in the application settings and provide all the necessary information in the letter:

  • Account Email.

  • In-game wallet address.

  • Hash of the transaction with which you sent USDC, TUSD, BUSD or some other token.

  • Specify that you want to make an exchange and that you have BNB in your account.

Then we will process your request and perform the exchange. And you will see USDT on your wallet after a while. The processing period for such a request is up to one week.
